We have training rooms and an auditorium with capacity for forty-two people at our headquarters in Itajaí, SC. All employees go through a training session, where they learn about the steps in the logistic chain. Drivers are prepared for all situations, and each year they go through a skills updating process, where they are monitored by a qualified team throughout the learning process.When it comes to transporting products, our employees know how to preserve life and the environment. “Nota 10” Driver: At Dalçoquio, all drivers are Nota 10 – grade 10. With this in mind, we created the “Nota 10” Driver’s program, which encourages collaborators to drive more carefully while in traffic. Divided into two categories, individual and team, the drivers have goals, such as reducing the number of accidents, gas consumption and maintenance. Since the scheme was implemented, Dalçoquio has seen a significant reduction in the number of accidents.
The results are monitored on a monthly basis, and at the end of each six-month period, drivers are evaluated on their performance and that of their team. Those who manage to maintain a grade 10 receive a bonus at the end of the six-month period. For driver belonging to Dalçoquio’s own fleet, there are also cash bonuses at the end of each stage, according to the number of grade points accumulated. Through the Nota 10 Drivers’ program, Dalçoquio values its professionals, contributing to safer traffic and reducing damage to the environment.
